Erik leads business development for Nashville Cleaning Services LLC, focusing on expanding the company’s commercial presence throughout Middle Tennessee. He builds relationships with property managers, business owners, community associations, and industry partners while identifying new opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities and standards. From the first introduction and property walkthrough to proposal development and ongoing follow-up, Erik works to understand each client’s priorities, operational challenges, and service expectations.

He also supports long-term account relationships by maintaining clear communication, responding promptly, and helping ensure that every partnership continues to grow beyond the initial contract.
