Common questions

Answers before the walkthrough.

A few things property teams typically ask before service begins.

Do you clean individual apartment units?

Recurring common-area service does not automatically include apartment interiors. Vacant-unit or turnover cleaning may be quoted as a separate service based on unit size, condition, appliance requirements, and scheduling volume.

Can stairwells and windows be placed on a rotation?

Yes. Lower-traffic areas can be assigned weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly frequencies so the plan focuses labor where residents and prospects notice it most.

Can you work around leasing and amenity hours?

Access windows and preferred service times are discussed during the walkthrough and documented in the final service plan.
