About us

Locally rooted. Family-led.

Built to serve the properties that keep Middle Tennessee moving.

Nashville Cleaning Services LLC is a locally family owned commercial cleaning company serving property managers, business owners, community associations, and facility teams across Middle Tennessee. Since 2018, we have grown by doing the work the right way: listening carefully, setting clear expectations, taking responsibility for the details, and treating every property with respect.

Our story

A founder’s determination, and the next chapter of growth.

Nashville Cleaning Services LLC began with the determination of founder Diana Medina. In 2018, she founded Nashville Cleaning Services LLC with a commitment to honest work, dependable service, and genuine care for the people who trusted her with their spaces.

What started with Diana working closely with individual clients grew through referrals, relationships, and a reputation for paying attention to the details others often overlook. As the company expanded, so did its capabilities. Nashville Cleaning Services LLC developed recurring programs for offices, multifamily communities, HOA and condominium properties, and other commercial facilities throughout Middle Tennessee.

Diana built the foundation of the company through resilience, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of what clients expect from a cleaning partner. She learned that lasting relationships are not built only on a clean result. They are built by showing up, communicating clearly, correcting concerns, and consistently respecting the property and the people who use it.

A New Chapter of Growth

As Nashville Cleaning Services LLC continued to grow, Diana’s husband, Erik Schnaars, joined her in leading the company’s next chapter. Together, Diana and Erik combine operational experience, business development, client relationships, and a shared vision for building a company that can serve larger and more complex commercial properties without losing the personal accountability on which the business was founded.

Their vision reaches beyond business growth. Nashville Cleaning Services LLC is grounded in faith, strengthened by family, and driven by a responsibility to create meaningful opportunities for employees while delivering dependable service to clients.

What guides our work

Six commitments behind every property we serve.

These are the standards our team is trained and held to on every visit.

Reliability

We understand that our clients depend on us to arrive prepared, follow the approved schedule, and complete the work we committed to perform.

Communication

We keep communication clear and direct so property managers and business owners are not left wondering what happened, what was completed, or who to contact.

Accountability

We take ownership of our work. When something within the approved scope needs attention, we review it and coordinate the appropriate follow-up.

Quality

We focus on the details that affect the appearance, function, and daily experience of a property—not simply checking tasks off a generic list.

Respect

We respect our clients, employees, residents, tenants, guests, confidential spaces, and the properties entrusted to our care.

Partnership

Our goal is to become a dependable extension of each client’s team and build relationships that last beyond the first service.

Commercial cleaning with a personal standard

Every property gets a walkthrough before a scope.

Commercial properties are not one-size-fits-all. An apartment community, professional office, HOA clubhouse, and warehouse branch each have different traffic patterns, priorities, access requirements, and expectations. We begin with a walkthrough so we can understand the property before recommending a scope.

Every proposal is designed to identify the areas included, service frequency, routine responsibilities, rotational details, available add-ons, and exclusions. This creates a clearer working relationship and gives the client and cleaning team a shared understanding of the standard.

Growth, recognition & community

Building the systems behind sustainable growth.

Programs and partnerships that have sharpened how we operate and serve larger properties.

Nashville Cleaning Services LLC continues to strengthen its operations, leadership, and commercial capabilities through professional development, industry relationships, and business-growth programs. The company’s journey has included recognition and participation through Comcast RISE, the Clark Construction Strategic Partnership Program Capstone, the ELLA entrepreneurial program, and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center InFlight Accelerator.

These experiences have helped the company sharpen its systems, strengthen its approach to commercial opportunities, and prepare for sustainable growth while remaining connected to the Middle Tennessee business community.
