Our standard

A clear standard from the walkthrough forward.

The same six-point standard applies to every property, from the first walkthrough to the next review.

  • Walkthrough first. We begin by understanding the property, traffic, priorities, access, and the areas that create the greatest concern.
  • Written scope. The proposal identifies included areas, routine tasks, service frequency, rotations, add-ons, and exclusions.
  • Prepared launch. The cleaning team is briefed on the property, access procedures, priorities, products, and communication path before service begins.
  • Consistent execution. Routine work follows the approved property checklist, with detail items assigned to the agreed rotation.
  • Visible accountability. Supervision, inspection, and corrective follow-up are aligned with the needs of the account.
  • Direct communication. Your designated contact can report a concern, request a schedule adjustment, or share a change in the property.
Common questions

Answers before the walkthrough.

A few things property teams typically ask before service begins.

Can each building have a different schedule?

Yes. Frequencies can reflect building traffic, amenity use, resident needs, and budget.

Are stairwells included every visit?

Only if the proposal states that frequency. Many properties use a rotation for stairwells while checking high-visibility areas more often.

Can outside areas be included?

Light litter pickup for defined entries, patios, garages, or dumpster areas can be included. Pressure washing, landscaping, and heavy debris removal are separate services.
