Common questions

Answers before the walkthrough.

A few things property teams typically ask before service begins.

Can service change around our event calendar?

Yes. Recurring service and separately approved event cleaning can be coordinated around known facility use and access windows.

Will your team reset rooms after events?

Light reset tasks can be included when the exact furniture layout, labor, and timing are written into the scope. Heavy moving is quoted separately or excluded.

Can kitchens be included?

Routine cleaning of counters, sinks, exterior appliance surfaces, and floors may be included. Grease systems and commercial food-production sanitation are outside routine janitorial service.
